I am available for Appointment as an Expert Business Valuator on various matters/ disputes, as well as Private Appointments to determine value. Specialising in the private SMME sector, with many years' professional practice and business valuation experience, I understand the challenges of valuing closely-held and managed businesses. I offer comprehensive and professional Business Valuations, with fast turnaround times and reasonable fees. I am a Chartered Accountant, and have also formalised my valuation qualifications with certifications as Specialist Business Valuator with CAANZ and as a Certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst with the Corporate Finance Institute. I am also active in the Mergers and Acquisitions sector, offering a very professional service, with quality Information Memorandums, showcasing the business through comprehensive financial and operational analyses
